In order to ensure that we can provide a quality vacation home experience our operating policies include:
Deposit: First night’s room charge including taxes
Check-in Time – 4:00 p.m.
Check-out Time – 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by midnight at least two full days before arrival date; otherwise deposit is forfeited.
No-show Policy: First night’s room charge including taxes (forfeit of deposit)
Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed
A smoking-free environment; no smoking in the units.
